Principal Objectives of NAPA

To assist the FAA in recruitment, advancement and retention of Asian Pacific American (APA) employees and to facilitate APA employment in FAA at all grades and in management
To encourage APA employees to participate and promote APA related issues.
To recognize and highlight APA Employees’ accomplishments and achievements to FAA leadership
To participate and support the FAA Minorities Internship Program to increase recruitment
To provide an annual, certified National Leadership Training conference
